This superbly written & acted series arrived in Minnesota only about 2, possibly, 3 years ago. I have recommended it as strongly to those who enjoy what I refer to as "entertaining & engaging comedy with melodramatic elements." As an aside I was almost fooled by the actor who plays the Merchant Madsen -- until I realized that it was the bloke with spectacles & the white beard!! Quite a clever disguise!!

I don't think that's Madsen -- he looks exactly like the member of the upper house who, with his colleague, wants Count Ditmar to take his father's seat in parliament and is enamored with Amanda.

Seaside Motel is currently being offered on Prime Video. I finished season 5 & 6 TODAY. Only to discover there is Season 7 and not available to me ~ Seriously. Salute to all Bend Oregon

It’s a great show. But why is Ena Spottag in so many promotions? She had a small role and didn’t make a big impression. I’m sure she’s lovely, but she was a tiny part of the show.
