In my opinion, it is the best one you can buy for the money. Even with the expensive shipping costs.
The Pad that makes the balls spin and individual “cups” are fully replaceable if/when they wear out.

At the beginning, the Chinese says "Welcome to the Dr. Billiards ball cleaner" I use one of these fantastic cleaners a lot. It is an excellent product.

I use Mequiars PlastX for almost two years now and I occasionally use a dab of Aramith Ball Cleaner on every other ball. I clean my Continental ball set at least twice a week most months. Every so often it helps if you brush the wool with the little wire brush they provide. I have at least 5 sets of old balls sets that this has help me restore to almost new looking. The only other ball cleaner I have tried is the DIY bucket ball cleaner this is by far faster and much more quiet.

They are very temperamental if you don’t use the cleaner sparingly. They get to a point where they won’t spin and needs new wool

It seems better and more compact than the diamond ball cleaner.

it's cheaper if comparing it to the dual platter, weight is signifiantly lighter than the Diamond. That said, Diamond are more exspensive, weight for dual platter around 80 pounds, reliable, built to last wont over heat. Had my Diamond for a long time 6 or 7 years lost track of how many sets I have cleaned runs as good as the first day, hands down Diamond to me is the best out there.

Could you please give me the hole measurements with the wool ring removed? Diameter and thickness?

Multiple companies sell these now on Amazon. Ranges from $450-500. Not sure where you found it so cheap. Have you had to replace the cups or the wool pad? Just wondering how well it holds up.

I put a drop or so on each ball. I haven’t had any issues.

This cleaner is temperamental. Will only clean one set of balls an hour or so. Can clean 2 sets of balls back to back. Disappointing

Must be something wrong with it. I’ve run mine multiple sets back to back.

I clean balls for six tables with that exact machine. It takes about 2 minutes per set of 16 balls. Maybe there is something wrong with your machine.

Just like with any machine, not all are made equally well. I must have a not so good machine. I mean, I still use it to clean, but just takes a while. This is my experience with it.
