BILLIBARS: HANDLEBARS WITH A TWIST

I see nothing about stress testing. I want to know how much replacement handles are if one breaks in an accident. I have had cars pull up next to me and catch my handlebar, will these withstand that type of abuse ? Need numbers, perhaps a video with stress testing.
