Great interview!! I'm just confused about one thing.... if the actress who played Margot had a copy of Anne's diary how did she not know Margot exsisted?

I don't think she actually read Anne's diary prior to getting the part.

Right! Not to mention that her grandma is a holocaust survivor (As a jew and someone whose family went through that horror it saddends me... to say the least!) Oh, well... #BetterLateThanNever It's just a shame that it's done for a role, fame, money or whatever and not out of personal interest & curiosity!

Read the definitive edition. You learn so much more about Margot and Anne. Not that you don't learn anything in that one but, in the other version Otto didn't originally want certain entries published. He soon later changed his mind. I did not know if this till after watching this series. This edition explains more of her relationships and other things.
