My theory is the millennia generation are the first generation of ADHD given medication as teens and pre teens many have come off because of the terrible long life symptoms which leads them to alternative substances that are not helping along with the new fast pace environment due to self entitle advance technology. But the detail they conveniently left out was that this guy had kidnapped a 1 year old child. So let's say your 1 year old child gets kidnapped. Then the police show up at your door and tell you, "well we found the guy. He had your daughter in the car. But we flipped our lights on and he sisnt pull over for us. So we let him go. Sorry about that. I'm sure you're never going to see your daughter alive again." My guess is you'd be trying to sue the police department at that point. If the Police don't pursue, the public gets irate about them 'not doing their job', and when they do pursue, public outcry blames them for the aftermath. It's the actual criminal who is the reason this terrible tragedy occurred. The criminal that fled the scene (if I read that correctly).

@cattinkerbell4946 As of right now, the criminal (suspect)'s name has not been released publicly because he was killed in the crash. He was fleeing police (in an SUV) because he had just assaulted a woman (by running her over with his car) and kidnapped her *and* her 1 year old child in _Iowa._ After running her over, he took her to a hospital (in Iowa) but then drove off with her child. He led police on a highspeed chase that crossed the state line into _Nebraska,_ driving in the wrong direction on the highway during the entire chase. He then crossed the state line into _Missouri._ When he crashed into the car that the teens were in, a semi truck swerved to avoid _that_ crash & ended up hitting the deputies' car who was chasing the suspect on the wrong side of the highway. (All the other police cruisers were on the other side of the highway, going in the _correct_ direction.) The suspect was killed in the crash. The 1 year old child that he had kidnapped, was saved/rescued from the burning SUV.
