Just one tip, the tip of the cigarette should be sharp… but otherwise looks really good

Not necessarily, I see why u think that but especially if the cigarette has just been lit(i.e. the cigarette in his video) then it would not be pointed or "sharp" just yet because a cigarette ember(the tip) doesn't start to change shape until it has been smoked a little bit. But if he put the cigarette out on his face after it had been looking like someone had smoked it halfway or something, then yes he would definitely want the cigarette to have a more "pointed" tip for it to look realistic. But the way he chose to do it in this video, with a "freshly lit" cigarette, it looks more realistic than to have it be "sharp" or "pointed" so soon after it had just been lit. I only say this because unfortunately, I smoke🤮(trying to quit, at the moment) and I just know tht the ember(the tip) doesn't get pointed(or sharp looking) until u have puffed on it a few times. Just saying... But you are right, otherwise 🙃🙂

I'm a little surprised you hand-placed your particle emitters. I would have thought it was an easy track and pic whip, unless there's something about Particular I'm missing. I mean it's an easy placement, but I'd still think tracking would save 10 minutes. Yeah, yeah, picky picky.

I tracked it in my example shot, but the emitter wasn't playing ball and I still had to hand animate the solid it was on to stick to the cigarette, I figured it was easier to explain a freehand track instead.
