Mmm, not sure it was so much willing as expected. Michael was a media whore, _especially_ before he got sick, and by the time he wanted to be left alone it was too late. He also never really shook the desire to be noticed. That was part of his problem, he wanted to be normal, but he didn't ever _act_ normal. Who goes to the zoo in that outfit? And then he complains that people notice him? That fan had to be dragged to him, he was in no way constantly surrounded.

When Michael died I was only 4. 3 days away from turning 5. I listened to his music from that age but I was too young to realise I would never get to hear his voice in person, see him preform. I wish I got to meet him if it was only once. I believe he is 10000000% innocent of everything but trying to help people.
