It goes without saying you researched the demographics of Billings, Mt., prior to making such a cogent declaration. Some areas do not boast the same level of diversity as others, but of course you knew that. And it also goes without saying that an observer of your skill would have checked with the city's HR section to verify the race and gender of the applicants over the past decade or so. Again, just saying, doc, it's Billings, Montana. I grew up in the middle of nowhere in the tiny town of Pinedale,Wyoming. I did not have friends of color, or even Hispanic kids, in my huge graduating class of 21 kids. Should I be faulted for that?
