After 5 years from 2019 nakapag holiday kami sa pinas ntong 2024 at sobrang namiss ko ang shawarma dahil jan kami nabuhay ng college friends ko pag tag gutom. Tapos pinatkim ko yung anak kong pihikan at suprisingly nagustohan nya yung timpla ng turks. 😊

Why those Big Companies are interested on them buying Turk's shares? Simply because its a THREAT on their business. If i were Turks, i will not allow them to buy ANY of its shares.

That's what Jollibee did to Mang Inasal...they bought 70% share of Mang Inasal for P3Billion. The owner Injap Sia, still has the remaining 30%.

Sometimes it’s not as simple as that. Oftentimes their reason for buying is it just complements their portfolio. And for the company that gets acquired, like Mang Inasal as mentioned here, the former owner still has a share while Jollibee’s deep pockets and machinery is still able to propel Mang Inasal brand to new heights, probably even beyond what the former owner can only dream of. So it must depend on the current brand owner’s dream for his company. If he’s already fulfilled with what he’s achieved, then selling it completely or partially may also be a good option…
