this is very timely, thank you! i started hearing from the Holy Spirit recently, after being serious in reading the word and also hearing God's voice, and I've been given promises after promises that's so big that only God can do it. I wrestled with it, questioning and all, and really learning if I'm hearing correctly. God has so much in store for each one of us beyond what we can even desire for ourselves. Seek Him first! seek His voice, seek His words, seek His presence. i desire and pray that every one will hear God and know His personal plans for our life. His plans are indeed good!

WOW!!! This is the first sermon of his I've ever heard, and he was recommended to me by a friend. This was fantastic! I am not a person who goes to church with a notebook to write all these things down that I may never gaze upon again. I was trying to have my lunch while listening to this sermon, and I can not tell you how many times I had to put that fork down!! I woke up from the most clear dream ive had in years the other night. Storm blew through with a dark grey/green sky. Every leaf was blown off the trees. The clouds parted as i ran outside and as i looked up I saw two moons shining through the opening in the clouds. I looked away and looked back and one of the moons was now a clock. As i stood in the driveway to men on bicycles rode by. The last bike had a red string attached to the back of it. As they rode away it began to pull the red thread which was wrapped around our home behind it. It was so clear it was as if it actually happened.

At about 24:00 re: all the “How is it…” questions - The Bible actually explains this phenomenon. Ezekiel 12 explicitly states that our sin causes us to have eyes that are ever seeing but without perceiving as well as ears that are ever hearing but without understanding. Then John the Baptist comes along and states that the purpose of water baptism is to be able to see the Messiah. The religious leaders of Jesus’ day did not get Baptised after repentance. That is why they did not have the eyes that see. Jesus taught this same principle when He said that we need to remove the logs in our own eyes SO THAT we could SEE clearly to help others with what God calls our SPECKS. Moses also taught this same principle but Moses took it all the way back to the source of sin in Deut 4:1-4.
