The baptism of fire is the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The old testament prophets and Holy men had the Spirit of God descend upon them, fill them, but in time ascend again. You never hear of them having the Holy Spirit fill them and remain within them. This only became possible in Acts ch.2. Never have I found in the new testament to where a believer was filled with the Holy Spirit and then later was baptized with the Holy Spirit. That is because they are the same event. To be baptized in the Holy Spirit is to recieve the Holy Spirit The Word " recieve" in the new testaments' original Greek means, " to take hold of". Which means we must do something in order for it to occur, not to somehow earn it, but in order to recieve the free gift of the Holy Spirit. This generally occurs after repentance and water baptism in water in the name of Jesus Christ. There are only three instances under the new covenant to where we are told of believers recieving the Holy Spirit and what happened the moment that they recieved. In each instance, the first thing that happened the moment that they recieved is that they spoke in " tongues". (Acts ch.2,10,and ch.19).

Yes! I experienced this manifestation at the Brownsville Revival in 1996, as well as many others. We cannot put God in a box. He will do what is necessary to move our will and hearts toward Him. Hi Bill, I bumped into you in Dubai back in 2011 at a buffet lunch. It was a 5 minute moment in which I just congratulated you and walked away. I was part of a group called wowlife church which was just getting off the ground and we attended this conference where you are Randy hammered us with words that will forever be edged in the tablet of our hearts. My pastor was and is Kirby De Lanerolle who taught me to honor all teachers of the word. I have submitted myself to his ministry and care and probably will for a long time to come. But you Bill will always be admired and honored as a man of God who has shaped my life in more ways than one. I hope and pray that the great matrix of life will someday bring us together at least to cross paths like it was in Dubai back in 2011. Until then keep rocking and rolling with your brilliance Bill. Holy Spirit led me here to listen to this. I have been in afflictions and chastisement, and in many tears, and much pain. I have also been given many revelations down thru many years, and I have fought many battles and lost them. His mercy and grace on me, my whole life, truly from the womb of my mother, is almost beyond my own belief sometimes, but I have lived it these 69 years, and many have witnessed much of it, but from their own perspectives, for reasons between Him and then. Psalm 51, has always been one that lost touch my heart, and dow thru the years, He brings it back to me, like now. I am in solitude a lot again, alone with Him, and in and out of purgings of my own heart, and intercessions and travail for many others hearts. Yesterday, He laid on my heart to do communion, I had the wine, but no bread. Once before, He laid on my heart to do it, and I had neither. So I did it anyway, and spoke it out, as if I had both. His Spirit fell on me in power. I did it anyway yesterday, though I did not have bread. And once again, His Spirit fell on me in power. Just before I left out of my tent, He gave me a vision. I saw the earth, at a distance and I saw blood coming down in a stream from heaven and pouring upon the earth and beginning to cover the earth. Then I walked outside to see the sun rise, and He drew my attention to an Oak Tree, He saved my breath lying under in 2017. It is half burned up now. And there is a higher cross on the corner of my property, that a brother put up, at my request, made from two cedar trees, from my property. The Oak Tree that was half burned, was because it was his camper sitting beneath it, that burned to the ground. He and his fiance barely had time to escape with their lives in their sleeping clothes. In the top of that half burned Oak Tree was a single raven sitting in a branch. And He laid it on my heart to take a photo with my cell phone of it with the sun rising. It is so striking when I shared it, even some who are not very given to such things remarked on it. I honestly do not know why I am sharing this here. I believe it was Him prodding me to, He has told me things before to do that I do not understand until later. I just try to obey Him, just in case. Forgive me please if it was not of Him. This sermon was very powerful to me. It is time for me to cleanse my heart. Thank You Holy Spirit.

It happened to me three times at the TSNL conference (Daniel adams) it forever changed my life. I was already baptized in the Holy Spirit but this was like a fresh baptism of fire! it literally electrocuted me and I felt like my whole body was on fire! Every one needs a baptism of fire! That is in Luke 3:16 where John the Baptist says he will baptize with water but One mightier than I shall baptize with the Holy Spirit and fire. The very next verse 17, he tells us what Jesus will do with the fire. I don't think I need this fire. I'd rather be wheat than the chaff according to this Scripture. Then I read Luke 12:49-51 and 1 Thessalonians 1:8-9.

Thank God for stoppin my Preoccupation with feastin, btw is our pastime and also for my country😲😊😋🥩🍗🥧🧋 And bcos of my obedience, my health improved (I also have high colestriol and fatty liver). NB: AND I just happen to listen to a sermon on 'Enemies of the Cross.' Those are the ones who set their mind on things of the earth and whose god is their belly😲😱🙃🤔🤣 And I was Convicted of my Seemingly harmless Passion : Feastin and Shoppin. Fyi, thats how i spent 10k within 1±yr (that being an inheritance from my late dad.)😱🙃🥴🤔🤣
