Billlie is the first girl group from Mystic Story and debuted in November of 2021. They are a 7 member group and often described as a combination of Red Velvet and Loona and tend to have a dark playful weird vibe to their songs and videos. Their concept is really any concept with their own twist. They can literally perform any style or concept and slay it. Just watch their dance cover of NCT 127 - Kick It and see for yourself. Mystic Story is a subsidiary of SM and is primarily focused on managing actors. The CEO of Mystic Story picked the members of Billlie...and created something special. Billlie Members: Haram - Main Vocal, she won the SM song contest Everysing and was awarded vocal training and a contract as a trainee. Haruna - Maknae, Lead Dancer, Sub Vocals, she is from Japan but came to Korea to study dancing and become an idol, she was a top student at GPstudio Dance Academy in Seoul. Moon Sua - Leader, Main Rapper, Lead Vocal, she is the sister of Astro's Moonbin. She was a YG trainee for 10 years and competed in the rap competition Unpretty Rapstar 2 where she got 4th place. She trained to be a rapper and was going to be in the group Future 2NE1. Siyoon - Main Rapper, Lead Dancer, she was a dancer and model in Japan with Tsuki Sheon - Main Dancer, Lead Rapper, she was almost a member of Kep1er from Girls Planet 999 - was eliminated on the final show. Suhyeon - Main Vocal, Lead Dancer, (my bias), she was a contestant on PD 101 and a finalist on MixNine with Ryujin where she was eliminated on the final show, she also trained as an actress for 8 years. Tsuki - Main Dancer, Sub Vocals, from Japan but speaks Korean, debuted in Jpop group Magicour and was a model with Siyoon. Classically trained dancer that went viral (over 10m views) for her facecam of Gingamingayo. To me their music sounds like a combination of Red Velvet and Loona with the aesthetic of Purple Kiss. They are well known for their vocal covers, dance covers, variety shows, comedy videos and especially their B-sides which are amazing and almost nothing like their title tracks. "When the 11th bell rings in the middle of a purple rain, something strange happens", where the members lie about what happened in order to keep the event a secret. The name also reflects their "B-sides, the inner-self that everyone has inside them", which they express in hope to empathize with the audience. Billlie Lore: (a lot from Kprofiles) In their story’s legend, when the 11th bell rings in the middle of a purple rain something strange will unfurl. To keep the strange event a secret, the girls will lie about what actually happened. Basic Info: Billlie uses quaotes from Jung and films that deal with alternate universes/realities (e.g. The Matrix) The Billlie story takes place in a universe with multiple timelines. Each timeline is different, but is centered around the same group of girls, and the same event: the disappearance of a girl named Billlie Love on the eleventh day. Billlie Love was the little girl at the end of Ring Ma Bell. The story is told through their music videos and through short films that are released ahead of every comeback. We don’t yet know how Billlie Love disappeared, or what took her. All we know is that when all of the girls and Billlie Love meet together, something happens that causes her to vanish. Once she is gone, the other girls begin to lose their memories of her completely. There have been mentions of a monster or a dark creature that takes her, but there have also been hints that the girls themselves caused her to disappear. This is the biggest mystery in their storyline. A shadow of something was shown in one of their videos. There are two main settings used in their stories: the real world and the imaginary world that has been created in the girls’ minds. The real world is, of course, their reality and everyday life. Their imaginary world is a world created in their unconscious. This world helps give us an insight into their minds and thoughts. Like dreams, it sometimes has strange and unusual elements. There is a line drawn between the real world and their imagination, but sometimes their imaginary world can bleed into the real world. All of their lore videos are beautifully shot and acted. Some are a little scary. They released the OST tracks from their short films - beautiful music that sounds like a film score - again Mystic Story is an actors management company that happens to have a musician and music producer as CEO. CEO Yoon Jong-Shin appears in their MV Patbingsu. Yoon was the original composer and performer. He also performed live with the girls dressed as the snowman.

@@deokurad 😊 Loved how you said how appropriate it was. They are like that group of smart, pretty, talented, goofy girls from high school that are genuinely nice to everyone. Moon Sua and Suhyeon have a video where they talk about being trainees for years and how hard it was and how important it is for them to encourage and support the younger members of Billlie. Billlie isn't super famous, but to the lucky people that know, they are certainly super special. 😊
