Trent Edwards did have talent. Just watch this game. Unfortunately he really wasn’t given the same amount of time to develop as Losman was given. It’s a shame his career ended so soon.

I mean, the Bills were playing a 1-6 team here; of course Edwards looked talented! Lol. Nah, I get what you're saying but I don't think he'd have been much better with more development. But you could be right. We'll never know. Now we've got Allen and I wouldn't trade him for anyone!

@@Brendan-Black Go watch the games against the Redskins, Raiders, Chargers, Bucs etc. He had talent. And pro football teams have the best talent in the world no matter what their record is. Is he Allen, not even close but you can't deny his career would have been better if not for the concussions.

Trent was great. He did have talent. One of our better QBs during the drought era. It was that hit by Adrian Wilson in the Cardinals game that really hurt him. Wasn't the same after that. Although I actually liked JP Losman, Trent was better than Losman.. just not as good as Bledsoe was (first year) and Fitz.

@ agree on all except that pre concussion he was better than Fitz. Protected the ball much better than Fitz did. A shame a guy loses a promising career in the blink of an eye.

TD sighting 2010 so close to the first win but the mistakes of a 0-8 team was there (one of gus Johnson’s best called games in his final year for cbs) 2011 buffalo stuns the chiefs and buffalo has a tight end? 2012 righting the ship after 2 blowouts 2013 Jeff Tuel and the defense can’t score 2014 orton miss throws and Bryce Brown

I was at the MNF game vs the Browns that they referenced. I’m a Chiefs fan living in Rochester, NY and I also love the Bills (root for them anytime they’re not playing KC). I wasn’t wearing any team gear, but my friend gave me a Bills hat. After the game I eas accused of being a Browns fan and assaulted by a drunk Bills fan. His friends pulled him off of me and we went home, but my glasses were broken. I also went to the Chiefs @ Bills last week in Buffalo. I witnessed a petite woman in Chiefs gear violently assaulted by a group of young men and one large woman. The woman grabbed her by her hair and pulled so violently from behind that she was dragged over the back of her seat on the ground in the next row up. Then the group beat her, landing many blows to her head. The victims boyfriend and her sister were Bills fans who attended the game with her. They tried to protect her but were also assaulted. Police came and tried to remove everyone. A bunch of people explained who the victims were and they were allowed to remain.

This was the game that began my dislike for the bills, as a chiefs fan. Yeah, I know they injured Montana in the playoffs. I started watching every chiefs game in 2002, so I just missed the 90’s. I remember thinking the bills sucked and my chiefs sucked, but the bills would always try hard against us, despite sucking. Felt like it was that way all the way until Josh Allen. So I had a grudge against them for sucking vs everyone else, but playing hard against us. Putting up 50 on the chiefs. 🤦🏿‍♂️
