ok Bill, the first time you get paid , is the supplier , and after the train leaves and you get paid again by the Buyer,

+clark davis That's not how the real world works though. You get paid once by the supplier you sell to. The supplier then marks it up by whatever percentage and sells it to another supplier or a user. The supplier you sold to originally gets the money back (plus a little profit) to recoup what they paid you. You don't get paid twice for the same crop. I don't know if it was intentional or not on the developer's part, but it's not correct.

Bill, sticky notes are a great way to remind you of things at the computer. They make really small pads, about 1 inch square. You could make a note about the time and stick it up right next to (or over) the clock on your monitor and you;d have a visual reminder.

another thing Bill, the sprayer should be used after the 2nd or 3 rd growth stage, use the spreader first. Thats why the sprayer is taller than the other on.

Glad to see you back on the farm (where you belong - melody, please?). I notice you mention windrowing. I am no math major, but I have always wondered how going up and down every row, and as you put it, (combining 2 rows into one), then collecting it, saves anything. You have to purchase the implement, pay daily maintenance on it, and it seems to me you cover the exact same amount of mileage you would making 2 passes with the collecting trailer. I purchased all three Windrowers in the main game and can see a benefit to combining 3 or more rows into one, but never saw how it helped with the smaller ones. I accept you are the Farm Sim King (I have watched your farm videos since you first introduced Farm Sim Saturday) and have always loved them. I suspect you know of an advantage, or there is one staring me in the face, but I simply can't see it. I admit I am afraid everyone will know and think I'm stupid for not seeing it, but I'll risk it if you can just explain it to me. Thanks, Bill - I'm probably older than you, so I am not trolling, but do have brain damage from an accident, and since that occurred, I don't care as much if I ask a dumb question.

+Terry Bellowes If you don't windrow you spend forever trying to clean up the cuttings. Windrow and even a small cheap wagon will pick it up quick.

for us we cut our hay then wait for it to dry then windrow it to dry the other side and then we can also kill 2 birds with 1 stone by combining 2 we probably save 1.5 gallons every time we combined a row

Jim Davis Maybe I have two implements confused. I remember one (was it a tedder?) that turned the grass over so it would dry, and another that lined up the rows. The straight lines Bill has from the harvester seem easier to pick up. Thank you for the response. I am suffering from just enough dementia to think I am recalling things correctly and making sense, when the truth is a distorted memory. Worse, this only happens occasionally, so I am never really sure.

Well the game and reality aren't exact matches. The only tedder I have used is huge and combines a large area of mown grass into a single row. I tried direct pickup but the wagons are narrow and missed a lot. In real life getting the grass/straw/hay to dry is really important. Hay for one needs to 'cure' from green to harvest ready and needs to be dry to bale or harvest. If hay is too wet it can catch fire in the barn. Plus it can rot.

the reason the rental of equipment is so high is because one day in fs15 is equal to one real life year that's why the crops grow in one day so your a tually paying rent for one year instead of one day

the reason why you get Extra Money is because the mill pays you then the place the train tskes it to pays you

u send the train to unload your grain then u get payed for sending the train with your grain in the game i learned it from a friend of mine

It does that because if you would send the train off to somewhere you would get some much of that money the place you send it to and that why it does that

hi I have farming sim 15 its awesome but every time I play it which is 2 times I got it when first came out I played it on buddys computer and another ones and every time I did it got real laggy like I couldn't drive unless in first person which still was laggy but better who knows exact problem is it because of there computer tell me before I get computer for Christmas not laptop
