As Bruce Springsteen once stated " There have been pretenders and contenders, but there's only one King. Obviously of course there was, is, and forevermore will be one Elvis Presley who's amazingly brilliant, magnificent, magical, extraordinary talent shall be equalled or eclipsed. However in the pantheon of Elvis tribute artists, Bill Cherry stands out in a class all by himself, and reigns supreme. I don't think anyone else can touch the guy, he's simply as good as it gets.

Another tribute artist that is right up there with the very best is James Lowrey! He headlined fot Legends in Concert and has a voice that is just amazing! Check out the video of him singing hurt on KZbin. You'll be amazed!

Obviously, NO ONE will ever be Elvis but Mr. Cherry has the overall natural intonation and the look where he doesn't have to exaggerate Elvis' actual performance to make it believable. His vocal performance alone makes him the best impersonator I've ever heard.

Wow!!! Incredible!!! When I saw Bill the first time all the rest of them took a back seat. I really and truly appreciate them all for keeping g Elvis's memory alive but in my opinion Bill is the best out there. He has Elvis's moves and mannerisms down to a T. His looks and is voice and even sense of humor. Just amazing!! I'm lost for words.
