Billy Barty came to my elementary school in Encino in the mid/late 80s for some performance. He was giving away records or his photo (can't remember which...will have to ask my parents if they still have it).

Billy Barty was a comedy legend! He performed with Spike Jones and his City Slickers! He also appeared in a couple of films with Elvis.
