Federal Service Agent Justin Vanier has been assigned to infiltrate the mysterious Virtual Arts Academy in search of Eric, a fellow agent. Out of curiosity, where did you find this remaster? I own the DVD and it is absolutely terrible quality, so much so that it looks like they just took a recording of the VHS and burnt it to a DVD.

The Amazon page I bought it from says it was released in 2005 by a company called Legacy Entertainment Inc. and after some research it seems that even that release is in 16:9 while the DVD I own is in 4:3 so it seems you are correct and I was sold a fake. The crazy part is that the packaging is damn near identical to everything I can find through research(color, placement, barcode) etc so I'm thinking someone had a legitimate case and just burned a fake to go with it. Either way, thank you for shedding some light on the situation
