Having listened to Ogilala numerous times i have come to the conclusion that for me it is perfect, it's as if Mr Corgan has written it personally for me, and that's the magic of the man, he has an ability to touch so many. The album is beautiful.

WPC and the Pumpkins have been able to make music that helps me get into a unique meditative state. This album is no different. Thanks for all the light, love, and beauty over the past 26 years!

Lyrics: Chinois faces, to arms we sleep Gaslight ages presume a mortal thief Unstrung the feathers on waxing soon For everyone pitching back Tout le monde, it's just like that I'm fancy free on Eerie street Guess you're with me Sure, we're gonna make it alone No one can break us and own This sullen pair, the dagger queer The opry bests, the vested gears Since ghosts tend to wait on home to do their bleeding Chanois faces, with cast aglow Stake the races that roll pure dynamos Servile like potters, the vanquished boast Of everyone that's carried back Tout le monde, it's just like that! There's no appeal, no deco zeal No grand design Sure, we're gonna make it alone No one can break us and own A purse that flows, and failing east It's you that knows this moving feast Skyward, look for what's left Friends recess, fresh heirs disown Gaslight at home, where there's a known unknown

This is nothing short of beyond-thought god given music Bourne from a beautiful joyous, free and hurting soul. Thank you Billy for creating music that has been by side throughout all the decades of my life.

I think this sounds very authentic: Billy was able to connect to himself once more, and I'm very glad to hear that.

Phenomenal songwriting all-around. Love Rubin's stripped down approach as well.

Alex G Conrad according to billy, rubin was listening to electronica around the time of making the album. He came to billy with an electronica version of some song on this album and billy told him it was shit. So therefore we have this brilliance which was what made him want to work on this album to begin with.

@leirama77786 жыл бұрын
Es cierto. Es una canción hermosa. Y como fanático de su música creo que este disco es una evolución y lo mejor que ha hecho.

It sounds like an Adore era B-Side, I have no problem with that, seeing as some of my favorite songs are Once In Awhile and Waiting.

My favorite track. Now can someone explain what a "mandarynne" is? Do you eat it paired with mayonaise?
@nicholsjoshua157 жыл бұрын
It's a dipping sauce for Honey Spiders.
