Billy Corgan performed an acoustic set on 30 Sept 2010 in a book store (atoutlivre) in Paris as part of the book signing for "Chants Magnetiques" a book he co-wrote with french author Claire Fercak.

why would an artist want to do the same thing over and over again? i loved adore and everything else billy has done. i think he is just way ahead of the curve, maybe you will see that one day.

I always thought that the brilliance, and most frustrating part of, Billy was that no two albums were alike. The biggest knock on Adore, was that it didn't sound like exactly like everything else they had done. "Even worse", to them, anyway, he refused to follow what everyone else was doing.
