@@doctorecho3007 This isn't a "secondary" english dub. This clip is from Transformers The Headmasters one of the Japanese exclusive sequel series to G1 that was never aired outside Asia. This low quality dub made in Malaysia is the one and only "official" english dub for it. Any other dubs for it are fan made, and were made much later.

The scene of Galvatron screaming over Soundwave's "death" in the Japanese version is actually legit touching to some extent and Seizo Kato nailed it. Omni's dub OTOH....good lord what an AWFUL delivery. Rik Thomas didn't sound like he was even trying to put any effort into that part. Why did He and his crew even bother to do transformers if they weren't up to the task I'll never know. I mean they give voice actors who do proper English Dubs a bad name.
