I remember watching Billy Graham crusades when I was just a toddler at my grandparents house, when Mama used to take me there on Sunday evenings. I was so young, but remember the feeling even today at 66, I had listening and watching him preach. I loved it. I remember when folks always gathered together up front to give their lives to Christ at the end, and the organist always played "Just As I Am" and it brought tears to my eyes. I was so young of course I never understood why I felt like that. Reverend Graham was a living gift our God gave to the world. He helped so many souls get to know and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. He led so many to Christ. What a wonderful, wonderful legacy. I still love listening to all his old sermons. He was a humble and devoted disciple of Christ.

That's great and everything. But. Its the common grace of God. For all people. For example, a sweet little old Muslim lady could have a beautiful testimony in Islam from her perspective. And that's another example of God's common grace. Or a person in Hinduism. My point is, if you want to go deeper in the grace of God, then learn about the universality of it. Apart from the feelings of this solemn moment, I remember reading the "Where are they now" section in the DECISION magazine. I'm watching this now in 2023 May 31st. and I wonder " Where are they now?" Not with skepticism but with concern... The most essential and crucial thing is to walk the pilgrim's path "Looking unto Jesus, the Author and finisher of our faith"! I thank God for the life he's given me since '71 when I was born again. I have gone to a particular church for nearly 40 years. Although they believe in Jesus Christ; I realized the last several years going to church feels empty, the meetings are missing the preaching of Jesus Christ. My grandmother listened to Billy Graham when I was a young girl, I never listened until his death, feeling sorrow that it was too late, I missed my chance while he was alive. I have to say, truly I feel the Spirit of God through his messages, even truths we might not feel too good to hear, yet it is truth. I believe that those that have the Holy Ghost with them are able to tell good from evil, and truth from lies. As he said, we are all sinners, and included himself, but he preached repentance, turning ourselves around & getting back on track. I feel in this short time of listening, my heart has softened and I feel far more peace. I truly believe he fulfilled his purpose, to bring millions to accept Jesus Christ into their hearts as their Lord, Master, & Savior! How many of us could do what he did his entire life? I actually feel love for a simple man I never knew, and that has passed this life into the next for such great Love to devote his life to help save so many.

Reverend Graham would preach very loudly and enthusiastically in his younger days. As a young boy, I was scared of him. That seems so funny to me now because I love this man and his preaching! I do enjoy his preaching more as he aged and mellowed. I also his jokes. Thank God for this dear man.

i suddenly realised that about 8 years ago when i decided to live my life more properly for God, i lost my closest friend, he just said to me that he doesnt want to be friends anymore.. he was a non-believer and we used to hang out in a bigger group of party friends.. i didnt understand why he would just not want to be friends anymore, that day i lost him as a friend and lost that group of party friends.. but in return God gave me a new family of christian friends and those friendships i made was way more fulfilling and enriching.. now i realised that it could be that God stopped those unfruitful worldly friendships and I am glad that it happened.. i actually stopped partying crazily, stopped smoking and regular heavy drinking.. even tho i am still journeying my faith, i am very glad to know that God had been and is watching out for my worldly and spiritual life all throughout.. thank you God

My folks hot divorced when I was 10 I member goin to moms house for the weekend. My mom went out drinking and didnt come home till the next evening. I was worried for her so I thought I'd help her out an clean her house. Decided to turn on tv Billy Graham was on so I sat n watched him. I prayed for my mom that day to bring her home safely. That was in 1973 I'm a saved soul but my mom is remains Unsaved.i still pray for her every day that she will give heart to Jesus. Thank you Lord for Billy Graham
