Dear Silas, This is Julian’s mother. He enjoyed his friendship very much with you. He was in hospice and do not know if he shared it with you. Last night he had a slow leak in his bran and was already in the hospital, when it let go and suffered a severe vascular accident. He Was Medflighted into Boston and is The Neoro ICU. I am sure it will a long road back, as he is still not conscious but they put the music on and thank goodness for younger nurses, I am retired 80 and getting crash courses. Tomorrow will set up a your music and talk and tell him who sent. Not his first time around and he said he can hear but far away. As for friendships and sharing, I am sure he would want to continue. I picked Billy strings because he caught him early on and said, this kid is go places, so I am sure this will set a spark inside and help pull him through. Thank you for embracing friendship with my son. Mrs. Holland

Dear Mrs. Holland, I am so sorry to hear about Julian's latest challenge but thank you so much for giving me an update. He did share that he was in hospice so I was concerned about him and thinking of him. I am glad that you are there with him and that he is getting good care. Please tell him that I am thinking of him and praying for him. I do appreciate his friendship. I am sorry I have not been in touch recently but I care for my parents who both have Parkinson's and have recently moved into a retirement community where they are safer. My mom had a bad fall last year and suffered a brain bleed. It was a long road but she has made a remarkable recovery. We just have to constantly make sure she stays with her walker. I am glad they are playing music for Julian and that he likes Billy Strings. There is a KZbin channel called Billy Strings archive with entire shows that play ad free. Julian also really likes Norah Jones so if you can find any of her concerts on youtube I am sure he would love that too. Her voice is very soothing like Billy's. Please take care and let me know if there is any other way I can help. Tell Julian he I will look forward to chatting with him again soon after he heals and rests up. He is a great guy. Thanks again for reaching out. May God bless you and give you all peace and comfort as Julian heals. Sincerely, Silas
