Honestly, given his gun gets a "sci-fi" look on 3rd Ascension, I always thought he could double as a Servantverse bounty hunter and use more variety like Calamity Jane. (which is NOT our historical one, she's Servantverse exclusive just like Space Ishtar)

One of the coolest and most badassed scenes in the game is still when billy defeated anastasia in lostbelt 1. It’s just incredible how a 3 star servant overwhelmed a 5 star one so easily in the actual story. Loved him ever since

If lore is an equal to gameplay Okita not Okitan BTW would be a 2☆ while Arash would be a 4☆ at bare minimum. Regend would be a 4☆ and EMIYA and Cù would switch rarities.

It's better to think of rarity as literally that - would this servant come to just anyone - or would they be the rarest of catches. It has nothing to do with power-scaling in-game or even lore.

@@Piefarcxe132 Sadly, a few Event writers seem to forget that, cause more often then not Lancer Cu, Rider Medusa and adult Medea are played for comedic reasons or shown as _not being that strong._ Which is *bullshit,* every single one og them is an A Tier Servant in combat! (specially Cu and Medea, they are insane, and Medusa is quite the powerhouse too)

Billy deserved an animation update and a skill rank up since the very start. Just by looking at his story you can easely say that he is actually stronger than what he seems not to mention that in the story he is just a real badass, defend an entire city alongside Robin hood, hold his own for enough time against Cú alter, basically 1 shot every lifeform and be the fastest cowboy in the world. I wish they give him some type of buff like C. Star drop for the quick draw or star gather rate or even a quick cards + for 1 turn. I think i should use him even more

I say Upgrade his 1st Skill into "Marksmanship Of The Noon Time A++" : *Self 120% Critical DamageUp (3Turn) + Gain 1200 Point DamageUp (3Turn) + 30% CriticalStar Drop RateUp (3Turn)*

Honestly, I would consider buffing all 3 of his skills. Especially his S1 and S2. Although these kinda skills may seem more in line with an SSR to some people. (Skill 1) Marksmanship A++ ---> Sharpshooter EX Critical Damage stays the same + Critical Star Gather Rate (300-500%). 3 Turns + Quick card Attack Buff (30-50%). 3 Turns (Skill 2) Quick Draw A+ ---> The Fastest In The West A++ Np Gauge stays the same + Quick Critical Damage Buff (50-100%). 1 Turn + Change all of own Command Cards to Quick Cards. 1 Turn (Skill 3) Minds Eye (Fake) C ---> Gunslingers Instinct (A) Evade stays the same Critical Damage stays the same + Critical Star Generation Rate Buff (20-40%). 3 Turns Thats how I'd buff his kit if I had to rework him to compete with modern Crit Archers. He still functions really damn well for his level though, especially given hes a Year 1 Servant with Year 1 stats and kit. The biggest buff he could get though would be an animation update.

William Henry MCarthy is the Goat. He literally deserves at entire update from skills to animation and perhaps a new outfit. Bros not a God or mage or anything otherworldly but was able to single handedly prove he's truly the fastest hand in the west. He deserves better

Billy is basically to gunslinging what Musashi is to swordsmanship. The two stop short of actually dueling each other because they kind of just stared each other down before going "Game recognizes game".

To be fair I think pretty much every Servant that can go solo got better with those changes? I mean, especially the ones who were at least capable-with-NP of getting a Quick Chain definitely like it, since 20 stars is a massive amount, but...

Yeah but for someone who wants to crit a bunch but really struggles to get the stars to do so, he definitely benefits a lot better than some others. Though I do think every og character with bad hit counts benefits about the same as him.

Yeah one of Billy's main problems is he can't really generate his own stars for his crits before this. That and the Quick adding the extra 20 percent crit to the whole chain lets him really take advantage of his monster crit buffs.

I think Billy would be one of the biggest winner of the Quick card and brave chain mechanic improvement His biggest problem before has always been on the stargen department, even after NP-Q-Q to setup stars for his skill 1 next turn. With the new mechanic, securing crits are a lot easier, and Billy emphasizes a lot on that playstyle

New brave chain also really help him alot in solo. He only has 1 Buster card so previously had to rely on teammate for BAB chain to get a good buster crit. Now he can do do QABEx on his own for the same damage + a bit extra np gain and stars

Yeah I had a feeling the change with the quick card chains would help Billy with his lack of self star making on NP turns and the Super chain helps too. I doubt this would let him topple the top Silver Archers but really like how much better he looks now in a possible last man standing. The battery was one of his main strengths against the other Silver Archers and he is the main one of them to take advantage of the chain system update. It's going to be very nice when NA gets this. He is one of my LV100 and working on getting him gold fous at the moment.
