Heroes' Day is the first time Hawkmoth is out in public. During the Origins episodes, he just appeared as a cloud of akumas when he spoke to all of Paris. In Volpina, he just appeared as an illusion created by Volpina. This is the first time he appears in person and it was to make a very big move.

No ur right man. Adrien's mom IS the original owner of the peacock miraculous, she was using it then it led her to have a coma for some reason. We don't know what she was using it for at the time, but there is plenty of good theories why. Nathalie just cares and loves Gabriel so much, she used it to save him. The same miraculous can be used by many people, not just one. Peacock miraculous is unfortunately damaged and some even have theories of Adrien being a sentimonster. Which I hate but u know.. there's more to this.
