Good job making gyoza in the roundabout!! MIL's filing recipe was shiitake mushrooms, maybe some bamboo, green onions all cut up fine, lots of garlic added to ground pork. Dipping sauce would be Coleman's mustard powder mixed with water until it thickened up and soy sauce.
