Try mo din mag blender ng ibat ibang prutas, nagpapalakas yan ng immune system. Mas maganda uminom ka ng lemon juice every morning at magblender ka ng avocado, banana, apple at grapes, magandang combination daw yan. Mas effective yung alagaan mo katawan mo through healthy nutrition!, at mga healthy natural supplements kasi yun ang tunay na magpo-protect sa iyo, para hindi madaling mahawa!!!! Iwas ka sa mga pagkaing babuy at sa matataba at mamantikang pagkain, makakasama lang sa health mo!!! Kumain ka ng masusustansiyang gulay na fresh tulad ng ampalaya, labanos, pako, talbos ng kamote at mga gumagapang na dahon ng gulay! Puede kang maglagay sa mungo ng alokbate at dahon ng malunggay pero hwag sobrang luto! Puede ka ring mag cucumber, tomato, letuce at kale salad! Yung mga buhay na pagkain ang kainin mo, hwag puros luto!!! Cooked food is considered dead food!!!! Nagko colon cleansing din ako with fresh lemon juice in lukewarm water first thing in the morning, then apple cider vinegar also in a lukewarm water before bed!
