no, billy is doing exactly what he wants whenever he wants, you can give him credit for managing the pressure of being the center of attention, but billy does absolutely nothing to actively or passively "keep" anything alive, you wanna give credit, go give it to god or soem shit, cuz at the very least, it doesn't belong to YOU to give it, let alone actually manage to "keep" it you and billy are nothing, and one when you realize that, you'll stop putting so much pressure on children (relative to you) and they'll stop being squeeze dry confused and tortured
