You're not a true surfer unless you've smelt the resin and got the foam dust all over you. Shaping of course is mostly done by machines now for precision and repeatability.
Some time ago Gigs sent a bunch of videos of the Bilt Kneeboard factory in Durban. Sorry it's taken so long for me to pull it all together.
