HISTORIC. It was my plan to go back to Palau this year, but Palau ended up coming to the States. And for what? Only one of the most epic and historic things to occur. You think I'd miss this??

If it is Bilung you're referring to, she was talking primarily about her experience in being a student and having to leave to assume the duties of Queen of Palau, and then some of the things she has done through the years leading her back to this point of receiving the honorary doctorate.
