Dapat talaga sa trains nagiinvest ang gobyerno hindi puro sky way at expressway. Kaya mas lalo traffic sa pinas eh. Tignan mo palang China, Japan, at Korea mas nagfocus sila sa trains kaya mas mabilis umunlad bansa nila. Trains are needed for the growth of an economy!

​@@yumike19trains are always SUBSIDISED by government which is expensive to maintain. That's the case in Japan, SK, and many western countries. They can provide subsidies as they have circular economic model and these were public owned in the past. It's not the same case in Philippines.

We rode the train to FPJ station at 8am. We were at the 2nd carriage. It got filled up in Baclaran until Carriedo. We arrived before 9am in FPJ station. On the way back, we also used the CR in FPJ and that needs improvement compared to Dr Santos. This time we decided to take the 4th carriage thinking its the last and wont get filled up compared to the 1st to 3rd carriage. Indeed it was. We left FPJ at 920am and arrived 1010am. Overall very nice, well recommended!

The LRMC will maintain the original design of the stations created by the late Architect Francisco "Bobby" Mañosa National Artist for Architecture it has a distinct Filipino aesthetics of the traditional Bahay Kubo, the new stations are the modern version of the Bahay na Bato, his original drawings can be seen at the Southbound side of Doroteo Jose Station and on the coffee table book Mañosa Beyond Architecture.

We tried this last Saturday just for experience. The guards at Dr Santos did not allow our car to park. If allowed, even our family driver would have joined us. The Dr Santos station is very nice. Clean CR, good accessibility even for seniors. Fare is 45 end to end. Seniors, PWD, Students get 20% discount. You just need to fill up a form which could hold the line.

I tried to "park and ride" too, but the guard said no. Understandably, LRMC does not want to deal with auto theft/damage problems.

Kailangan kaya magiging available ang LRT at MRT for 24 hours? Sa laki ng population ng Metro Manila, dapat po ay round-the-clock service na iyan.

Hindi po pwede kasi kailangan po linisin ang mga train at kailangan din po ang maintenance dahil yun lang po ang oras na ginagawa yun which is closing time after ng last train from Dr. Santos Station na 10:00pm on Monday to Friday and 9:30pm on Weekends and Holidays. Last train from FPJ Station: 10:15pm on Monday to Friday and 9:45pm on Weekends and Holidays.

Walang ginawang public parking para sa private cars sa mga bagong station kahit sa Sucat. Ang laki ng lugar available pero di nilagyan ng steel multi parking structure. Ang purpose din dapat ay alisin ang private cars sa kalsada. Sana pag isipan ito.

LRT Operator must construct parking area in Sucat since it's the first station in the south, Riders with car can park the car in Sucat and ride the train going north. This will reduce the traffic. They should even construct bicycle parking for those biker and leave it there and ride the train.
