you must load it

yes, you load it from the family, however, Empty System is default from Revit.

Thankz for watching Tarang Mangroliya....;) You have to press "Tab" in order to select single panel then go to "Properties" and select the Edit Type and go to Curtain System to select empty curtain panel...good luck!
