Please check available updates from your Autodesk Desktop App, but also from: manage.autodesk.com (note, some updates may be shown if other products are installed as well, for example, InfraWorks)

Hi Mr. Puust. I hope that you are well. There is not any Dynamo for Civil 3D course. Or is there? Would you consider preparing a course about it. On Udemy, on Coursera whatever.

Great proposal! There are some courses/videos available through Autodesk University. Of course, Dynamo/Civil 3D has lots of possibilities and those also depends on the user needs (to which area to focus in Civil 3D - survey/road design/pipe network etc.). I do plan some videos in terms of property sets and classification system soon and how Dynamo can help in there.

@@eRaido Although work in an airport, I focus on the road, highway engineering. I know those videos but I think that they are not sufficient. I can't see any course and waiting for your videos. Thank you, I am appreciated.

@@eRaido i like export C3D pipe networks to Revit
@eRaido2 жыл бұрын
@@luischacon1160 Only kind of easy workflow could be that you export C3D pipe network into IFC and import that IFC into Revit. But that is "broken" workflow as it is good for reference only, because no manhole/pipe can be converted into native Revit component/family. As Revit/C3D work in different domains (in terms of pipe network - building vs outdoor) I do not see any easy option that will create parametric components through an import. Only graphical part can be recreated. In general I do recommend to keep building/outdoor related components in those different packages and combine those through open formats (IFC) for coordination purposes but not for design share/recreate. Hope it helps.
