He belongs to the opposition party. Besides raising his voice inside parliament & outside in shaping the public opinions on the blatant negligence of the Manipur crisis by this ruling party for more than 19 months, what do you expect him to do? Can he call the army to attack the militants from Myanmar who's causing havoc in Manipur? Can he order immediate fencing of the myanmar border? The ball is in the ruling party who's not doing anything about it.
