My panels from waaree got delivered yesterday and I am in the verge of ordering on-grid inverter and I came across your channel. My setup: 3kw sanction load, have 2 UPS of 1.4kv and 850va with 220ah and 150ah battery configured for one room and rest of the flat respectively.Also have DG backup in the apartment which runs basic lighting. I have got permission to install 6 panels in terrace, ordered half cut mono-perc 540w x 6 units from waaree. Since I am in apartment in bangalore, BESCOM says cant give net metering. So, here are my questions: 1. Does this inverter support zero export with CT 2. Does it have Anti-Islanding option so that it doesnt affect the people working in the grid during power cut/maintenance. 3. Can I run the inverter without batteries for now with just PV and Grid and later install batteries? 4. What is the maximum input DC voltage it supports and input amp it supports for my 6 panel single series string ?

I kept calling Neekita and Neha, they didnt respond properly, again today I was told my quote would be given, I really wanted this inverter along with other components, but seems like they do not care. I called today morning Neha, she assured quote would be given, I waited till evening and I went and placed order for on-grid Solis inverter. If during sales they are not answering properly, what will happen post-sales. I was a genuine customer, looking for this solution, I guess your sales team is not bothered.
