Ingredients
1 कटोरी सूजी
1 कटोरी दही
1/2 चम्मच नमक
1/2 चम्मच जीरा
छोटा 1/2 गिलास डाल दें (फिर बाकी आवश्यकता के अनुसार लें)
1 Eno pickat
3 उबले हुए आलू
2 हरी मिर्च, हरा धनिया,धनिया पाउडर,जीरा पाउडर ,लाल मिर्च पाउडर, नमक ,हींग ,जीरा ,हल्दी ,चाट मसाला ,काला नमक ,काली मिर्च,अजवाइन सबको आलू में डाल कर मिक्स करें (मसाले आवश्यकता अनुसार डालें)
1 bowl semolina
1 bowl curd
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Add 1/2 glass of water (then take the rest as per your requirement)
1 Eno pickle
3 boiled potatoes
2 green chillies, green coriander, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, asafoetida, cumin seeds, turmeric, chaat masala, black salt, black pepper, celery, mix all of them in the potatoes (add spices as per your requirement)
