For batter-
1. 1.5 cup semolina
2. 1 tsp salt
3. 1cup curd
4. ½ cup water
5. ½ tsp eno
6. 2 tbsp water
For south indian stuffing-
1. 2 tsp oil
2. ½ tsp white lentil(urad dal)
3. ¼ tsp black mustard seeds
4. ¼ tsp asafoetida
5. 6-7 chopped curry leaves
6. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
7. ½ tsp green chilly paste
8. 1 big sized boiled & mashed raw banana
9. ¼ cup boiled green peas
10. ¼ cup chopped capsicum
11. ½ tsp salt
12. ½ tsp coriander & cumin seeds powder
13. ¼ tsp garam masala powder
14. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
For Mexican stuffing-
1. 2 tsp oil
2. ½ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
3. ½ cup finely chopped capsicum
4. ½ cup boiled & coarsely crushed sweetcorn
5. ¼ tsp salt
6. 1 tbsp green chutney
7. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
8. ½ tsp oregano
9. ½ tsp chilly flakes
10. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
11. 50 gram grated paneer
12. ¼ tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
13. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
14. Cheese optional

You-can do on iron tawa as well first cover when it cooks when you flip put heavy lid and place some weight . It cooks golden brown and crispy too
