How come most garbage collection company’s make the same gray looking colored bond but paint the lids a certain color like for example green instead of the whole bin green.

I am saddened by seeing the bins being decommissioned and stripped of their wheels. Only to be replaced by a fresh new recruit all in the service of the great and mighty GENERAL WASTE! 😮 😂 Sorry 😞 😔 I got carried away by the emotion of the situation 😢. A new law requires black or Gray = garbage blue = recycle and green = organic waste and also lib colors count.
