250 grams amla/indian gooseberries
2 tsp grated ginger
250 grams ground dhagewali mishri/rock sugar. you can use normal sugar instead
1 tsp sendha namak/pink himalayan salt
1 tbsp cornflour + 1 tbsp water for slurry
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp desi ghee/clarified butter
ground mishri powder for coating
