Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves -1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Fresh cream-1 tbsp (optional)

It's a nice recipe, basically a part adaption of the makhni gravy that restaurants keep handy. I blanch / boil tomatoes along with coriander stems before frying. And add both cashew paste and magaz paste before finally finishing with cream, garam masala and kasuri methi. Love all your recipes
