Its depends like if its a business No tax only shipping procedure... but if you are using invoices and submitting to government to pay tax then its a different scenario...But if you are traded USDT on Cash transaction then it might be little twisty to prove it.

It's not hundred percent correct, even if it's a verified merchant still the account could get freezed because you never know the trade history of that merchant also. May be the merchant has received money from a fraudster from his or her previous trade and then that merchant will send that money to you.

I have seen accounts been freezed from a while receiving funds from merchant too, I would say don't use P2P for withdrawal. Use an Indian exchange for withdrawal but not P2P.
