In the video where you were talking about previous year gate question (4bit 2's compliment of a number is 1000, find the decimal equivalent) The MSB is 1 representing the sign rest 3 bits for magnitude so the maximum decimal equivalent could be 111 that is 7, and 2'compliment of 1000 would be 1000 as the last carry would be discarded leaving 000 as magnitude and 1 for sign that would be -0 or 0. But you marked -8 as answer could you please explain?
