1+1 = 0 for that column and then carry one to the next column 1+1+1 = 1 for that column then carry one to the next column 1+1+1+1 = 0 for that column, carry two to the next column

Sir what to do if we have 4 ones addition in a line

Just add them up. For example, the summation of 4 ones is equal to 100 in binary. So, you can put 0 followed by 0 in the next column. And you can put 1 as carry in the next to next column. I hope, you got the point, what I mean to say. Just practice couple of examples, you will get it. If you still have any doubt then let me know here.
