It said on amazon that you had to remove the cover before washing and I assume the cover is the lenticular 3D print around the mug is that right? Or did you just wash it with the cover on? or something.

I've checked out the lootcrate service and it looks like a massive scam to me. The "loot" in the "crate" you receive is dissapointing and getting all the items yourself would be much cheaper.
