have you tried any wind protection these ear phones sound great wondering if they are better than soundman okm ones i think you could wear a beanie hat for wind protection?

Yes, I have glued Rycote overcovers over the capsules. It helps a lot with the wind noise. I think a beanie would create a lot of interference with a slightest of movement. I don't have any experience with soundman mics, but what I have read, is that they have quite a bit of self noise.

@@raahensalophotography did you stick the overcover stickers directly over the mic wouldnt that interfere with the sound?

@@streetlife4k no, I didn't use the stickers. I glued the covers around the heads of the capsules with rubber glue. I think the stickers would ruin the sound.
