Not hard, add seasoning to the meat in a bowl with panko bread crumbs & an egg. Mix with your hands & then form your own size meatballs to place on a baking pan covered with foil. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 350°F & after you can put em on broil for a nice crisp for a few minutes too. I like to dice up onion & put it into the meat as well.
