Bindi Irwin is opening up about the devasting realization that she will have to raise her baby girl without her dad, Steve Irwin. Bindi and her husband Chandler Powell welcomed Grace Warrior on March 25th and now the wildlife warrior is sharing on the Disovery+ special, “Crikey! It’s a Baby,” how she will keep her father’s memory alive.

Terri is hands down one of the best mom's in the planet. She became a single mom and raised amazing kids. When she became a widow, in her grief she could have packed up her kids and came back to America to escape the pain. Yet, she stayed in the place her husband and her loved, and raised their kids as if she was still partnering with Steve. Those kids are beyond blessed to have her as a mom.

I remember watching that show all the time with my daughter. Before her brother was born Steve and Bindi were attached at the hip. Even I would freak out sometimes that he would take her on some of the trips with what he was doing. He was so confident but he wanted to spend time with his daughter too. I am sure the TV show producers made it look like she was in more danger than she actually was. I don’t think Steve would have let her be anywhere close to danger. They were such a happy family and her son completed this family. I think the reason we are still interested is because Steve Irwin brought us all into his world welcomed us with open arms and never once made us cry except for when he passed away. His show brought happiness to so many families who watched him weekly. He will always be missed in my eyes.

Bindi, your father was and always will be an Idol and major inspiration for me. He was one of the main reasons why I got into the study of wildlife and animal husbandry. As a growing young man, to see Steve, your wonderful mother Terri in their adventures of documenting animals from up close, it was such a form of adventure to see those episodes of Crocodile Hunter. I honestly was one of those who was in tears when I got to know about his tragic death due to the stingray. A boy from India teared up to the death of a father figure in Australia, an inspiration who I'd wanted to meet, GONE. And now, seeing you tear up like this really got my eyes bawling out. Hats off to you and your incredible family for continuing his legacy. He's definitely looking up above from the heavens, being the Guardian angel to all of you.
