Hey, Anna. The wonderful thing about fasting is that you don't have to study very much to begin to do it. Fasting is simply depriving yourself of food in order to focus on God. Whether you skip a single meal or go without food for one or more days, spend the time you would have been eating in prayer and bible reading. I know that John the Baptist doubted him because he did nothing to deliver him from being beheaded, But the Holy Spirit Told my why so!! John the baptist should immediately stop his ministry and follow Jesus as his first desciple, But he has chosen to continue his baptism minstry! He betrayed Jesus, so he betrayed himself ...
