I feel like we are binding the drones correctly, but the motors will not arm. Any suggestions?

Gabe, two things typically cause the drones to not arm. One possibility is the drone not sitting on a level surface. The other, more likely issue, is a signal from your controller that the drone is misinterpreting. Reach out to Tad Douce and he can connect with you on a Google Meet to troubleshoot the issue.
