🙏🙏 namaste Acharya g mai kuch samay se aapke video dekh rahi hu. Kuch baton ko apnakr bhi dekha hai Or mujhe mahsoos hua k aap bahut steek gyan btate ho. Mujhe kapal bhati or anulom vilom krna thora mushkil lgta thha (kyoki mujhe tailbone mai kuch problem hai) aapne ek video mai btaya thha k aaram se letker bhi aasan krsakte hai or maine esa hi kiya mujhe ab kapal bhati karne mai koi preshani nhi hoti 🙏🙏 aapka bahut-bahut dhanyvad

Om namah shivay ka jaap pehle 30min bol kar karen aur fir 30min mansik jaap kare yani mann mann jismain jeeb na hele.. isse social anxiety aur stammering main kafi fark padta hai.. aur mouth excercise ke liye teeth main pencil ya pen fasa ke tounge twister words bole..
