the drunk part: my wife has gastroperisis, where her stomach doesn't work, basically at all, so if she eats anything yeasty, breads/rolls/tortillas, it will sit in her stomach long enough to ferment. and that material would get absorbed by her gut and she'd be partially drunk all the time. didn't drink a drop of alcohol, but she could set off a police breath test. also, i have a big amethyst sitting in front of me as a drink a vodka tonic, and i am absolutely not "filled with the holy spirit" XD

To be clear: Quartz does NOT power the watch. A battery does. The quartz is to count oscillations. 32,768 times per second in this case. The quartz requires a charge. Still love Aisling in spite of her new age nonsense.

Aisling Bea is one of those women that other woman find hilarious. I'm of the opinion that shouting jokes doesn't make them better. It was a skill watching Alan Davies take every one of her jokes and improve upon it, but of course other options are available.
